The brand had to reflect the commitment to excellence in the quality of care, facilities, skills and equipment.
Fourteen Forty dared to challenge the norm. Conducting a brand audit and discovery workshop looking to the next 40 years with a fresh but familiar; modern but reliable; engaging but distinguished brand which now proudly stated: Patient Centred Excellence.
The creative brief had more than just patients in mind. Their visit had to be made as calming and reassuring as possible. Staff also had an attachment to the Clinic but the design was tired and moral could be helped with a more invigorating environment to work in.
Comforting and invigorating at the same time. That was the brief.
From the brand, Fourteen Forty refreshed the logo which wove through all the outputs planned and new ideas the creative team suggested.
The new building would draw attention to the existing mis-match of signage and it could be so much more than just the necessary information – the new brand signs, dressed the corridors, doors and patient areas. They are bespoke sizes to reflect the room and environment.
Fourteen Forty provided the Ulster Independent Clinic with an ongoing creative design service to resonate with patients, consultants, staff and visitors, and to uphold its position as the premier private health care provider in Northern Ireland.
