DAWSON materials handling equipment are one of the market leaders in their field. They approached Fourteen Forty as their branding, website and marketing had become dated and their website was not helping their customers as effectively as it should have been.
Our services for Dawson included updating and evolving the established brand, creating a new fully responsive, user journey focused website and a new suite of traditional marketing materials.
Dawson Materials Handling Equipment was formed in 1979 and in the 40 years since it’s formation, they have established a market leading brand renowned for service and expertise. Ripping up the old brand would not be beneficial, so we worked with Dawson to evolve their current brand to modernise the typography and evolve their colour palette to be bold, strong and instantly recognisable.
Our main goal for the new Dawson website was to better serve visitors. The old website was cluttered and complicated to navigate, so we focused on specific customer journeys to create a website that allows users to find what they are searching for quickly and hassle free. The new website is designed with mobile users at the forefront, and utilises effective mobile design ensuring that the user experience is a positive one regardless of the device they are using.
To compliment the new website and modernised brand visuals, we created a new suite of marketing materials using the updated brand guidelines. These materials are actively used by sales representatives to highlight the services offered by Dawsons and to affirm the quality and attention to detail customers can expect from the Dawsons Brand.
