With great coffee, comes great rewards
Clements coffee shops are well known around Belfast for their great coffee, excellent food, and exceptional staff. When they approached us in 2019 to help them create and launch their new loyalty scheme, we couldn’t have bean any happier (why thank you).
By creating a suite of promotional materials to be used in-store and online, our aim was to quickly raise awareness of the loyalty scheme and encourage participation by boldly highlighting the fantastic rewards on offer, after all, who doesn’t love free food and drink?
2000 sign-ups in 60 days
The loyalty card launched in November 2019, and by the end of December, Clements had received almost 2000 unique sign-ups to the scheme. That’s a lot of customers who are now being rewarded for their loyalty and a customer base who are incentivised to continue their relationship with the Clements Belfast brand. This will help to increase customer retention and support ongoing food and drink sales.

By collecting the details of customers who have shown an interest in the brand by signing up to the scheme, Clements has now opened up new opportunities to promote themselves to an already invested audience, be it through loyalty offers, special events or promoting the latest coffee of the month.
